User cannot print to any printer from any PC, even ones he's never logged
into before
A very bizarre issue that I've never seen before.
We have a domain user at a remote site who is unable to print to any
printer shared on their print server. He gets no error message, and I see
the document spool in the queue but it never prints. If any other user
logs into his PC, they can print to these same printers without issue. If
he logs into a different PC, even one he's never logged into before, the
same problem occurs.
Can anyone suggest why this might be happening?
